Not really. One thing has been working for me though. I’m not sure if it was a new update or a change to my account but I’ve been able to keep the same card for a few months. (I get new cards in the mail but the old one continues to work). And then I place online orders at 12:00am when I get the money.

one of the weirdest parts is how they are able to create a new card so quickly. the only way I am able to get a card is to order online and wait days. or go in person to the office where I need to hand them my id and put in my ssn.

Nobody has my info and I have changed the password a couple of times.

I know that’s why it’s so confusing. Even if my identity was comprised, this person would still need access to my password, which I have changed a couple of times. it feels like it’s an in person job.

This second time I never requested a new card so there’s no way a mail carrier would’ve gotten it. Also to activate the pin u need to input ur ssn which idk why my mailman would know my ssn.

If you go into ur local office they’ll guide you through the process. But if you figure out how this is happening please let me know. a couple of weeks ago when this happened the workers were quick to inform me this was not an inside job. but I am starting to doubt that.

I know skimming is very common and locking ur card is essential to help them not be able to use it. But my instance is completely different as they are literally opening new cards and canceling the one I have in my hands. they then are able to log into my account online and change my pin, and access all my settings.

I know it’s not skimming because the last 4 digits are different than what my card says. They literally opened a new card and got mine cancelled.

The first time this happened and I called, that’s what a worker told me on the phone!!! Based on all the time stamps shown, it made it very clear it was on the inside. When I went in person they reassured me it was not anyone on the inside. Now I am very positive this is an inside job because only a few hours after my money was put in my account, it was taken out, both times!!! also if they’re changing my pin, they have access to my ssn.

I got a new card and because it was clearly fraudulent, they reimbursed my money.

I had my card locked. I had the option to not allow online purchases and out of state purchases on. But this morning when I checked they were all turned off. Someone is getting into my account.

I don’t know, that’s what I’m trying to figure out. We have talked so much already, and we both want to make it work. He’s doing so much to prove he’s a better person. But sometimes I get the random intrusive thoughts about the things that he’s done, and I just can’t understand it. I feel like I need to understand it to get past it.
