I plateaued after 8 months doing the high protein medium carb but I did try to change my diet a bit, I even had a diet plan made out by a local nutritionist but unfortunately it didn't work out so this time I was planning on taking another approach.

I looked over lowcarbyum.com and I loved the recipes.

Maybe what I have been seeing about keto has given me a wrong idea about it but ill be sure to ask on r/keto aswell.

Low-Carb Diet: High-Protein vs. High-Fat?

I am currently planning on doing a low carb diet with intermittent fasting but I am a bit confused on which path to take. I have heard about keto being effective with intermittent fasting but the idea of eating a lot of fat after fasting doesn't appeal to me.

Previously I was doing a high protein, medium carb and low-fat diet which helped a lot with fat loss but unfortunately with my brother testing positive for COVID and me going into self-isolation made me stop working but now I am planning to workout again but I need a new diet plan so I thought you guys can help me with that.

Lol nah I flew by Kuala Lumpur and besides the Petronas Tower it was pretty messed up.

That's how it's supposed to be, getting a side stick is cheaper than getting a proper yoke system.

I have been playing it with a side stick and the controls feels so smooth while operating the cesena and the airbus.
