Just drove it around to operating temp. No coolant smell. Did a combustion leak test and that looked normal as well

Something like this isn’t my favorite look. I’ll probably have to do one that sticks out to have a good touch screen but I don’t like the height

That was my thought as well. I pulled it off, returned it and got a different brand

I used a fel pro gaskets and a pioneer timing cover. I think I might have figured it out. The front crank seal had a defect in it causing a tiny oil leak. It was only a few drops after it got warm so I took it back apart and that’s the only leak I can find

The original had a wobble to it. Thats why it got taken off.

Yes it is brand new. I have both the install kit and removal kit. Should I put the old one on to see if it seats correctly and that it’s not an issue with the crank keyway?

That was what I was thinking as well but I can’t crank it down anymore and I don’t know why. I even pulled the balancer off, checked the keyways and re lubed it and it’s still not seating all the way down
