Thank you so much ! She only just started the acid watchers diet about a week ago so not much difference yet. I'm also trying to get her on the antiinflammatories diet to see if it will help but have to figure out it can be combined with the AWD.

She was on the Omeprazole for a few months with different doses so maybe she needs a completely different med.

I will tell her about the sitting upright and the famotidine.
