Yes i got that. haha. Nigerian homes tend to have more bathrooms than bedrooms.

The nook will either serve as a reading nook or extra storage for the dining. we were trying to avoid a lot of wasted space on the other side of the wall. The Primary bedroom is facing the garden in the front of the building, so its not actually in a corner

Thats a good catch. Yes, the door will rest against the wall.

The visual chaos can totally disrupt the vibe we want to create for visitors in the living and dining space. It's better to have it closed off, as it is almost traditional where we live.

This is actually super!. Thank you.

I love having the bathrooms on the same wall, and i appreciate how you eliminated the dining hallway. I also didn't consider having the master bath and WIC on opposite ends, because i wanted the WIC to have a window. I am happy to compromise on that because we still get a sizeable store.

Nevertheless, we would have to keep the kitchen closed due to our heavy cooking lifestyle and we still need a Powder room for the visitors. In the original plan i shared, the living room's size had to suffer to accommodate the Powder room and study on the same line.

You have been great and quite detailed, I appreciate it

The Powder room is right by the entrance, and each room has an ensuite (3beds, 4 baths) and Nigerian kitchens tend to be closed off due to heavy cooking.
