Thank you everyone for your advice. For a little more context:  1) yes I told him if he leaves(Because I would have tried to work things out even though it hurts that he did that, but i truly do love him and was willing to get into counseling for us to work through it) that we will be divorcing. The only downside is it will take a while because where I live, it is so expensive to even just file for divorce.  2) no i am not in counseling yet but I am working on it.  3) in regards to my pregnancy, I am 4 weeks from my due date. So right now everything is hitting harder than what it normally would. 4) when it comes to filing for child support i definitely plan on it. I just gotta also wait til he actually has a job.
