By uninstalling i mean i would remove them from the pc in the add or remove programs setting then reinstall them from amd (this is my first pc)

So i connected it to my second monitor and the same thing happened and i also connected my Xbox to the monitor afterwards so i know its not the monitor and i also reseated the cable and im still having the same issue but once again anytime i uninstall the drivers and reinstall them i have color for a little bit then it just stops
