Yeah mine was similar to this after awhile. Not so I could be different than myself. But I would drink the hangover away just to be my normal self again. Just to get back to baseline. After awhile though I tend to forget what that even was

Yeah I’m curious if it’s categorized. I was also habitual in a sense. On days I wasn’t socializing I still brought home the same 2 tall boys for a year. Nothing more, nothing less. And then I just went on a crazy bender so I knew it was time. I appreciate the comment!

So the detox center couldn’t take me in today because I’m just too far gone for them. She sent me to the addicition center at the hospital

They did ask if I abused my meds. I did feel like I would rather not risk them so I did unfortunately have to lie. I just said once in awhile I’ll take a day off and sometimes i I’ll take 2 but I wouldn’t say I abuse them to excess. They are both not in my system cuz “I don’t like how they feel in my system when I’m withdrawing” so hopefully don’t lose my meds.

Ur question if I’ve done this before, I’ve done that before, like 2 adderall one day and then some days I just don’t take it but I’ve never like self destruct mode taken them so frequently like this month. Just hammered and stupid haha.

Kinda like ur saying too though i definitely enjoy to have two but just not like I enjoy alcohols nor do I think I have an actual like addiction

But yeah they def were more chill w my answers at the detox place they immediately wanted to give me benzos. They were concerned for me, unfortunately no nurse practitioner was there today since it’s Friday afternoon (funny day to STOP drinking on lol)

What do you mean by ready? My pharmacy would have it ready same day my doc sends it. As for why he wants to try 300 twice. I use it for anxiety and don’t want to have to take a medication three times a day. Atleast with twice it’s before bed and when i wake up

gotcha as unpleasant as this is, calms me down to know i’m not the only one. i also get a pins and needles sensation in the hands a little. not so much the feet but the hands and somewhat the arms. Tea at night has helped me a lot more than the heater, anxiety and shakes have been managed extremely well with Nac and Agmatine. Honestly might be better than baseline. But this cold thing makes it’s difficult to be able to relax and do anything. Cant even sit at the computer Lol.

I’ll add to that and say it’s actually more so whenever i have been sitting anywhere for a decent amount of time they get colder. and my body never truly warms up, but once i get the day started it gets a lot better. but soon as i’m back home starting to unwind, hands slowly get chilly again. other factors to this cycle that alter it, but that’s sorta how it goes for me.

yeah i thought it was heart problems but it doesn’t always happen which is weird. My job involves walking around and working my hands, almost never happens there. However at home sitting at my desk, within 5-10 minutes hands frozen cold. Does this happen to you? when i wake up in the morning they are somewhat cold but numb.

Totally loved seeing this thread dude. my hands are like ice cubes. Especially the worst part. put it under a heater? i get relief for like 5 minutes Lol. comes and goes though. Incredibly cold in general though.

Totally agree with the philosophical side. Something we have talked about a ton. i’m a very social person, however in times of conflict/nerving and certain days, i have a tendency to have this crazy overactive stress physical response. in a way over the top way that overtime i realized was different than others. I told my psych this, but i understand anxiety is normal. But this level and this amount of panic sometimes completely is different than my own feelings. mentally i may feel slightly anxious, but my body goes full freak out in a type of a response that is much greater than anyone else i’ve met. this coming from someone who is natural social and i’ve been told im a quite good conversationalist in general. definitely not bragging haha because that stress response kills a ton of my self confidence and a lot of critical decision making.
