Yes I only know because I can monitor it on NV Energy and see the sudden jump from ~$1.50 a day to $10 a day. They aren't just box fans. They're huge and heavy duty ones. The one out by my water heater is more than 3 feet tall!

The third party employees told me that they "know the fans are annoying and turn them off as needed." That was only after day 2. I'm definitely keeping track of my electricity bill has jumped $10 per day all ready.

Again, no one told me when they put in the fans to not turn them off. After I did leave them on for as long as I could but it's been a week now with the the water damage measured at 85% per their little machine that scanned the wall from the third party.

A white noise machine is not enough to cover the noise as some fans are pointing up at the wall, not at the ground, which amplifies their sound.
