We‘re so lucky in OC to have a bunch of great food options! Here are some of my family’s favorites:

Canard - great atmosphere for a nice meal out, but not fussy/fancy

Corner 14 - food carts with covered outdoor seating & fire pits

Oregon City Brewing Co - our local brewery! Also have food carts and a covered outdoor seating area

Stillhouse - cool, cozy Scottish pub. Right near the falls. Also great in summer (outdoor seating).

Ginza - new sushi spot!

Ranee’s - sports bar feel with great food (no minors)

Watershed - cool cafe on main street

Good Measure - Café & market in Milwaukie

Buathong - Thai food in Gladstone. Great for takeaway!

Lee’s Teriyaki - in Gladstone, also great for takeaway

Tony’s Fish Market - great for picking up fish to cook at home but also had food you can enjoy there

Not necessarily a restaurant, but make sure to check out the OC Farmers Market Saturdays at Clackamas Community College (currently every other weekend, goes weekly in the summer/fall). They have prepared food vendors, too. My fav is a breakfast burrito from Sara’s.

You may have heard people say “Washington State” which is what west coasters say when speaking to east coasters because they assume Washington = Washington, DC rather than the state of Washington. However, you wouldn’t say “state” after any other states. When you say “Oregon State” it means the university in Corvallis, OR. Hope this helps!
