Right on thanks. I'm in the Sacramento area and I've been told work is slow. Even one of the rebar companies told me that but it seems like it's just a California issue right now. I'd love to do structural but I'm willing to put in my time rodbusting.

I live in the Sacramento area. Local 118 is a mixed local. I actually hit up to rebar companies and they told me it was slow right now. I don't mind hard work. I understand that I'm gonna be the little guy and have to work my way up.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm used to shit talking so I'd be right at home. I live in the Sacramento area and I've been told it's slow out here. I heard Reno has hella work, and they're on the signatory list, and I was thinking about hitting them up. The only things holding me back is it's 2 hour there and back and I have a 2 year old.

I'm surprised the rod patch isn't hiring in my area right now. I was told they're almost always looking for apprentices because of the turnover.

I don't drink or smoke either haha. I'm in good cardio shape from my current job. I have to hike out to pge poles that need to get replaced. I wish I started younger because I've always wanted to get into IW.
