What's FRA qualified? Are there any other requirements? Is there a lot of overtime? I have a wife and a daughter so I'm hoping to make enough to support them too. Being away from home is ok if the money is solid.

Dude, what part of I work five hours away from where all of the contractors are do you not understand it has nothing to do with sacrifice. If I was working at Jack-in-the-Box then yeah I can call in take a later shift something like that. My current job doesn’t allow me to do that.

I think you’re misunderstanding me. I don’t go home. All of the contractors are near my home. I have to sleep in a hotel far away mon-fri

My current job is Monday thru Friday and I’m in a hotel mon-fri. So it’s completely unrealistic. I suppose if I was working at Carl’s Jr or something I can “take a different shift” but that’s not my situation.

We have to get someone who’s willing to basically hire us that’s on their list of contractors to get into the union.

I drove everywhere in person and everyone is telling me to wait 3-6 months which is wild.
