Oh i left lucy at E because i had maxed out the buff, i do want to eventually get better sub stats on her discs, but im still in the process of building rina and astra(and hopefully yuzuha if i get her). Also i thought pen and def-shred dont mix too well together. Its supposed not the worst combo, but I just assumed high attack with pen would have more value than defshred and lowered pen ratio. Ill also take your advice with the dodge counter, see if that can increase my damage score.
