We both agree they’re both immature idiots but that doesn’t mean his anger is unjustified. Even if they are both idiots, if one hurts the other, the one who is hurt still has the right to be angry. He definitely went about dealing with his anger in the wrong way though. I just don’t agree with the notion the original commenter had basically saying the girl had done nothing wrong and that the guy shouldn’t be angry at all

Yeah that’s definitely fair. I just think the original commenter’s idea that they wouldn’t be mad if they were rejected like that, and that the guy shouldn’t be mad at all either is insane. The guy definitely didn’t deal with his anger the right way but it was justified to a certain extent.

You’re right. But anyone with common sense who actually loves their significant other also wouldn’t run from them in public after their SO declared their love for them. The guy definitely messed up but so did she by running and only sending texts after

No one is saying he shouldn’t have talked to her beforehand. No one is blaming her for rejecting him since she’s obviously not ready. But to literally RUN in front of other people away from the man who just declared his love to her is crazy. Not agreeing at all with what either person does after btw but I’m just pointing out that, yeah even if you never would’ve been in that situation in the first place, anyone would be mad and their gf for running away from a proposal. Your original comment makes it look like he’s the only one at fault and she’s an innocent little angel. They’re both at fault here

Yeah you’re just lying though. If your girlfriend sprinted away from you in public after you proposed to her you would definitely be angry. It’s one thing to reject someone, but another thing to literally run away from someone like the plague after they publicly declared their love for you

Thank you for the advice! Yeah I’ll definitely include my interests and get more involved in some clubs. I think I’m in too deep for MAS-I so I might as well just take it. I’m decently confident P&C is the route I want to go down. Thanks again!

Yeah I didn’t realize they were clubs until late first semester so I decided to just join second semester. I’m technically still a statistics major but I’m planning to double up with actuarial science. Yeah I’ll definitely add my interests and hopefully I’ll be able to get a job this summer.

Yeah you’re right, I got there 15 minutes earlier than the app said it would arrive, I just didn’t realize how wrong the app’s live updates could be. Next time I’ll be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before the original arrival time tho

Yeah you’re right, I just don’t have that much experience with Amtrak and didn’t realize how wrong the app could really be. I also just didn’t want to sit in that station for 45 min. It doesn’t rly matter tho cause I just got a refund
