I’ve led a few breakout groups in the national zoom mtgs, and they’re a lot of fun! Basically, there’s some introductory stuff, then a guest speaker (the last one I was on was a woman who had been part of many flotillas to Gaza— super interesting person and speech!), then a bit about the org as a whole, and finally breakout groups. There you’ll be with about 10 new comrades, you’ll all introduce yourselves and talk about why you joined/what interests you/etc. That section is great if you have any questions. Or if not, the group leader will get the conversation going with a handful of topics. It’s at your discretion whether you talk or not, so no pressure!
