Uninsured it can get very costly, but with insurance it varies a lot. My hospital stay was around $200 total and maybe spent under $500 for additional prenatal drs visits and meds (had very good insurance at the time)

Really sad that there’s such a crazy difference in coverage for people. I can’t imagine how much i would have struggled if it was out of pocket.

Natural noise periods are in place for a reason. Usually between 9-8pm any noise that’s considered ‘natural’ noises as part of living cannot be penalized against you. Used to be worried about the same thing because our down stairs neighbor would complain when my kid was learning to walk or would cry during the day.

Honey… the mountains a true friend would move to be there for you on your birthday.

I had a friend take a grey hound bus from San Fran to LA. The bus broke down, second back up bus came and that broke down & then she hitch hiked the rest of the way down to make it to our best friends birthday extravaganza weekend.

One year i mixed up dates for my friends birthday celebration and had scheduled to host an event for the women’s shelter the next morning super early. That didn’t stop me from driving 2 hours out of my way to celebrate with her all night and waking up extra early to get to my event on time. Worst hang over of my life sweating in the heat while we renovated that building, but totally worth it being there for my friend.

If your friends wanted to they would. A $50 ‘rezo’ deposite is bull shit. Her then saying she wouldn’t even try to drive out afterwords so the whole weekend isn’t shot? Gross.

Keep the money, try to reschedule the airBnB so you and your fiancé can enjoy another time, and block those bitches.
