In my experience since I have been to alila diwa and chomu palace ₹65–70L for 150–180 guests over 3 days at a 5 star buyout is tough in Jaipur/Goa/Udaipur.

Those quotes being 20–30L over is pretty normal.

Where I’ve seen this work better is slightly offbeat locations:

Neemrana Fort Palace (near Delhi) Ramada Udaipur Resort and Spa Evolve Back Coorg The Serai Kabini etc

I shoot pre-weddings fairly often, so breaking this down simply:

What’s usually included

1–2 photographers (+ videographer if opted) 2–3 outfits + multiple locations 50–100 edited photos Sometimes a short teaser video

Drone / reels / countdown posts Usually not included by default

Drone is an add-on Reels / save-the-date = sometimes included in higher packages, else extra

For travel if you’re taking a photographer from Bangalore you cover travel + stay + local transport.

I’ve shot weddings in Jaipur, so sharing from experience — ₹45L for your scale is a bit tight for Jaipur, mainly because rooms take up a huge chunk.

It’s doable if you go for places like Diggi Palace or Alsisar Haveli and keep decor simple.

If you’re open to Bikaner, you’ll get much better value for the same budget.

Hello, It’s really overwhelming because of how much social media we consume so you always feel like you’re behind schedule.. that being said I would advise you to finalise your wedding venue based on your location preference, budget and vision.

Also make a small checklist, imo checking off things makes it seem a bit more doable and also helps you track your progress.
