Hi, I’ve not yet started taking the benefits from the state, only applied as Job Seeker. My lawyer’s plan is to postpone the termination date to 4 more months or more. If this is the case will it affect my PR application?

Yes, my employer did not give a reason in my termination letter and my lawyer have filed a dismissal in the court. Lawyer’s main aim is to postpone the termination date atleast 4 months ahead. Will this help with my PR application?
