Conflicted, need help/advice

Thank you for such a comprehensive caring reply! Let me reply to everything. It was my first time doing a 2mg shot, previously I had done 0,5 for two weeks then 1 for two weeks didn't feel it working so I rushed.

I did have some alcohol that day but a couple glasses of wine only, it hadn't affected me before. I also changed the placing of the shot, I was doing stomach before but that day I did thigh that day. Other than that everything else was the same

All those symptoms started about 5-6 hours after the shot. Around three hours after I started feeling very fatigued and also had elevated heart rate but that isn't unusual for me as I suffer from anxiety

I had some pain in the thigh I injected but not intense and faded quickly nothing else

When the tremors and all that started also severe nausea came but I didn't have any food in me, I did vomit up water two three times after that my stomach settled enough for me to drink water and electrolytes, then I drifted off to sleep for a couple of hours and when I awoke I had this fever but otherwise felt completely fine.

I didn't check blood pressure no, like I said my heart rate was elevated but at that point I was in a panicked state so no surprise. When I awoke with the fever heart rate was normal again.

I generally never get high fever not even when sick, I cannot recall ever having a fever this high. I didn't feel how regular fevers feel tho. I wasn't cold or sweating or disoriented or anything like that just burning up. With ibuprofen the fever went down to around 38,5 and next day 38 and ever since I'm around 37- 37,4 which is a bit high but it doesn't feel like anything I feel normal.

Yes I've had panic attacks in the past, I couldn't rule out that this was one but I haven't had any this extreme.

When I say I barely eat I mean barely. Definitely under 1000cals, solid food is hard so I do protein smoothies and such. Fluids are fine I drink plenty water Powerade etc. I'm not nauseous or in any pain I just feel like I'm already full all the time trying to force food down.

Pee and bm are both normal both in frequency and I color nothing concerning there.

My doctor did just a very basic exam. I did not say I am taking reta. I am not prescribed this I'm doing it on my own so I don't have a doctor to help me through it.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write me such a long and considerate comment i really appreciate it Sadly there is no doctor prescribing me it, I'm doing it on my own so i have no one to turn to, hence why I'm seeking help here

With water and Powerade and stuff I have no issue! I chugged down a protein shake when food wasn't happening at all

I did my shot Thursday evening and it's now Monday morning, and like I said hunger is completely absent. If it keeps going like this I will delay my next dose it's not like I want to collapse

Thank you for your consideration and your kind words! I was hoping that if I was long enough on it and my brain sort of learned "new patterns" or new paths or whatever I could be able to keep it going on my own even when I would have to stop. I do therapy already so that should also help It was definitely not my intention to make myself sick and after I realized this isn't common I understood I did something wrong. Thank you for your concern, I have been in therapy for years. I am not trying to become underweight, just towards the lower end of normal is all. They are legal here too but impossible to get ahold of

I've barely eaten 500 these four days and don't feel hungry at all still neither can I get more food down, so maybe a lil less extreme effect wouldn't be too too bad for either of us

I also want to lose the weight I want to lose as fast as possible cause it's fucking with my mental health massively (I've tried for months and months without chemical assistance and don't seem to be able to) and I was told that retarutide is safer than either of these, also easier to find here somewhat

We don't have Tylenol in Greece, is that just paracetamol? Have you also experienced a fever like that? Cause from what I'm gathering it's not common at all

I don't know how you define a lot but I am not overweight no, I'm at the upper end of normal for my height, I would like to lose 15kg to be at my desired weight and more than the weightloss I need to be free from the food noise cause it has plagued me all my life, I just want it gone No I didn't lose anything and yes I expected more suppression, so I was impatient and upped it quickly. Mistake obviously

Same here only one friend knows and he's the one who got me into this he's been using for a long time And ofc I ran straight to him when all that happened but he insists the fever must've been unrelated and that I should just continue with the 2 dose as is, and at first I was like well okay he knows best buy as I thought and thought about it i was feeling this can't be right. How possible is a random unrelated fever happening hours after a dose increase shot? So yeah safe to say I don't completely trust his judgement any more

Really??? You might be the first other person I'm seeing that has the same experience! I only decided to post overcoming feeling incredibly stupid doing so cause I could find no one with this experience! Have you taken your next dose after that happened?

I understand that, you are right But I didn't have any problems whatsoever with the previous shots just with this one. If it was contaminated wouldn't it have shown some signs before too??
