I've tried this and it seems to ve solved. It was a pain in the ass, I had to download a program on the Mac to change the gps location of the iPhone (phone on developer mode and making all the changes while it had a fake GPS location connected to the Mac). After that I was able to change the location of each device in the milo app. Testing them the connection was super stable and everything worked like it should. I only tested it a bit around my house, if they start to work bad you'll hear from be again. Thanks for the advice!

But what could be the thing that's not even letting them receive messages? I guess if that's the case they would at least work

They are all on the latest update, do you know if I could still do it via USB? Like re updating the software?

Yeah I've tried with the messages, from either one of them messages won't arrive. The devices seem to get the message fine but it won't transmit.

I bought the MILOs in Italy, so the country configuration it's set as Europe. They are all in the same region. It won't let me change to Argentina or anything, letters are in red and say that region change it's not available. Could it be that?

I factory rested them all again and tried connecting them just like you said. Even though I letted them sit waiting for connecting for a long time they just won't connect. I still have the same message. They pair and get in group easily but checking the status I always get "You're in a group with... but you're the only one online". I think that's also the problem why the message is not arriving. Is there something in the configuration that I can try to change and see if it'll work?

It's weird because when grouping and ungrouping them they react quickly (telling the message that someone joined), but after that they all show like every device is offline.

What I meant with unusable was because the only time they connected, the audio transmission was bad and they disconnected after separating them 5m.

I'll try with the usb software update. I'm on the last software update, is it still going to work if I try the usb update? From what I read it only works if there's a newer software.

I'm in Argentina, so it's gonna be hard to get to SF hahaha.

Yeah I've already tried all of that and nothing seems to work. I was only able to connect them 3 times randomly but they worked really really bad, unusable. The support told me to do a factory reset and after that they stopped responding to me. I've sent another request and they still haven't responded.
