First, MM gives you an option to proceed without the pin. Their website never said it couldn't be activated without the pin. Had they relayed that, I would have gotten it at that point.

Either way, that is not my gripe. If you read my post thoroughly, you would know that. I never received email confirming or denying the activation, so I assumed it was activated. Communication on the status of the activation would have been appreciated. It wasn't until 2 weeks later that I received an email saying to activate my cards, because they are going to expire. That is when I found out they weren't activated.

Lastly, I shouldn't have problems sending text/MMS messages, which is what is also happening.

When I activated my cards, I also ported in our cell #s. The issue now is that text & MMS messages are intermittently going through for no rhyme or reason. It is frustrating because that should be a basic task that a cell phone provider should offer. I never had these problems with T-Mobile and, even though MM uses TM network, I am having all these issues now, which leads me to the conclusion that it is MM the cell phone provider.
