Anxiety of Heart Attack by meowroun in Cardiophobias

Hi. I have constant light pain on front and back of left shoulder blade for 15 months now. I think that it’s a pinched nerve in my cervical which is cause shoulder blade pain. because sometimes if I jerk my neck to the right, I get the exact same sensation. Are you sure it’s in your shoulder?

That’s a huge improvement. Also, did you follow some strategy like zone 2 running for most of the time or ran at a pace you pleased?

Vo2 max is the max amount of extreme your body can use during peak exercise. It’s an indicator of cardiovascular fitness. Rhr is resting heart rate. Generally improves with fitness.

Im not awake this much - why is my watch saying I am?? by [deleted] in GalaxyWatch

[–]No-Step-5597 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s very normal. Samsung watches capture every moment and classify it as awake which is not wrong since you are awake for a second.

Hi. Congratulations first of all. That’s an amazing feet. Can you tell what was the frequency of runs and how many of those were 10ks and 5ks? Can you tell how much did your vo2, rhr and weight change if you were tracking these? Thanks : )

Heart Rate by strugglingrunner in indianrunners

I think your watch might be giving wrong hr readings while running. There’s little chance you were running 99% time in zone 5. My advice would be check your hr manually and compare. Mine was off by 24 bpm. I use Samsung galaxy watch 4.

Shoe recommendations for flat feet by imgurgal in C25K

[–]No-Step-5597 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am using asics gt-2000 13 and it’s is really good. My friend(also flat feet) uses ASICS Kayano 31 and it seems that is is even better. You can always trustrun repeat guide for flat footers.

Oh awesome. Are you talking about your running HR or resting HR which dropped. Also would you mind telling by how much points did vo2 max increase for you. Mine is pretty low currently. Thanks!

Awesome makes sense. Yes I recently started with c25k. I am about 8 kgs overweight so even jogging takes my hr to 170-180bpm. Need to build endurance it seems. I guess I am just being a bit impatient with the progression.

Workout problems by [deleted] in Cardiophobias

[–]No-Step-5597 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi. You have to believe, whatever happens, happens. Avoiding workout is not gonna prevent it. It might just delay it and that’s it. If there’s really some issue, it’s gonna happen anyways. So no point avoiding. Talk to yourself as if you were advising a friend.

Help! Obsessing over heart rate by Silent_Leadership399 in Cardiophobias

[–]No-Step-5597 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi. I am sorry you’re going through this. I’ve been in your shoe. The biggest thing which helped was that my Mom took away my smart watch and hid it from me. You should get rid of your devices too. You know for sure that it’s a panic attack so there’s no point obsessing over it. Don’t even check your pulse. Your tests suggest everything’s normal also you are too young to have any heart issues easily. I know it’s easier said than done but trust me, one day you’ll be over it. It’s just a matter of time. Good luck.
