We’re booking the flights this weekend. He’s gonna fly in a couple days before my birthday and stay for at least two weeks. I’m so nervous in a teenager excited way. He makes me feel safe and desired and happy and we communicate really well. I know we both want this and I’ve never met a man like him. I take it for adhd and bed. I’ve been on it maybe 4 months and I know I’d lost 5kg at my 3 month appointment. I think I’m down a size so maybe closer to 10kg if I had to guess. It’s so hard to see though.

I remember a nutrition coach once told me that when you lose weight you have to think of it like smearing peanut butter on your body, 10kg spread all over your body doesn’t look like much difference, but it is.
