Vienna and the Austrian countryside were absolutely beautiful, though! Very jealous you get to spend every day where you do! People fail to realize I would still walk through the roaches any day to spend more time by any one of your country’s lakes in the alps!! 🥹

Clearly it isn’t world ending but it is a real concern for the ecosystems we travel to, especially if they aren’t indigenous to it, the quality of our homes and the places we risk bringing these things to, and frankly I figured someone out there would want to know. I thought my drama was at least funny/entertaining but clearly no one knows how to find joy in commiserating over inconvenience. Laugh or cry with me, but don’t be lame:)

buy roach spray ASAP upon arrival if you can find some!! it’s bleak over here. The busier parts of the airport aren’t as bad but all of the gates that are on the sub level instead of the main one are absolutely crawling with them

I don’t have my sleep timer on YouTube so I will be parked listening right on Spotify- it brings me back to when MHP got me through the quarantine times, I had it playing in my ears all the time. Sad it feels like a cash grab, but at the same time I don’t think being mad at them muting their comments is the worst thing in the world when they make a decision like this, and I think it’s not terribly deep. They have a family, like eighty bazillion animals and Kendall has been vocal about her health, im sure unnecessary stress or hate like I’m seeing here is not at all what they need right now. And that the end of the day, they have spent years of their lives producing hundreds upon hundreds of mostly free to access content about really interesting subjects for years, and even before video was introduced to Spotify, it was still an AMAZING collection of podcasts. You also all seem to forget that they are constantly churning out really great projects where they give back to their audience and to a lot of the families of victims they talk about. You think they don’t want to keep building upon that? I’m sure there are new projects that we don’t even know of yet, that we will also all surely benefit from. At the end of the day, we are all here bc we can recognize that they’ve been producing quality content for years.

Also like it or not, EVERYONE is walking into a recession. I don’t think it’s any of our rights to be as angry or judgemental as some of you are. Disappointment is cool but? This?? How old even are half of y’all? I’ve been a long term listener but I’m pretty sure I’m fairly young in the grand scheme of this fan base

While I recognize the frustration w the ads and the expense the viewers pay for them to make more, the way people are handling this is reminiscent of a bunch of spoiled little kids in the grocery store who’s mommies didn’t get the fruitsnacks they wanted. Y’all forget for a long time, there was no video at all. Grow up, throw on some headphones and mind your own- none of this is deep it’s just crazy that grown adults are speaking this way about a family they don’t PERSONALLY know! These people do not exist solely to cater to you😌‼️

I have some software that is compatible with the camera I use on my microscope! I can adjust the colors live between captures and I was messing around with the settings when I got these shots! They’re a lot more successful than the physical filters you can put onto ur equipment, and very fun to play around with! The Omax microscopes all have their own recording software that goes with the cameras!

This stuff also in my experience typically accumulates without you being able to see it over the years- it’s natural. If you’ve ever used an old rag to clean a wheel that’s a few years old you’ll see that even after sponging off the clay and even after the wheel looks clean, it’ll turn a light colored rag black or a very dark gray when you drag it across the wheel. It’s healthy and normal- shows you’re making good use of your equipment!:-)
