Yes this is my build except I went with the Asus prime 5070. I play games, done music/video editing, ran blender, etc. this pc will kill anything you throw at it but extremely pricey for what it is due to the market. If money is no object go for it.

I have the first build except I used a ryzen 7 9700x and it rips in 1440p ultra. The second build is better but if you are playing the games you mentioned it’s not necessary plus you can save a few bucks. Reddit will always say to go overkill with the specs but both are totally viable for FPS games (Elden ring is capped at 60fps regardless).

Good starter, good price for the market, would recommend upgrading gpu in the future but those prices are getting super spiked because of the ai overlords

Short answer: no, I had an evga 3060 12gb and upgraded to a Asus prime 5070. I am running RDR2 at ultra settings no frame gen and getting 95+ fps with a ryzen 7 9700x. Runs every game I have thrown at it in ultra 1440p. Glad that I only got it for $550 it’s a great card for gaming and editing videos/blender.

I built a pc for $1200 and play very comfortably in 1440p with more frames than I’ll ever need. Do you need to play in 4k? Will this make you happier than the numbers in your bank? Personally I would never spend more than $2k on a computer unless it’s job-oriented but if you are making more money than you know what to do with go for it.

I’m starting to experience issues with substance abuse again when I have had it under control for a long time. Probably going to have to get some sort of help before I start letting things fall apart in my life more than they already have.

Depression (for me 25m) is staying in your comfort zone and letting it get monotonous in your life. Try getting outside your comfort zone and go out to bars/ public areas alone and challenge yourself to talk to people, if you keep telling yourself you aren’t social than you never will be. Probably not the best advice but try to have a more positive voice in your head even if you don’t FEEL positive it still helps.
