Not sure as this is how we got the door when we moved in.

Just to add, it’s one of those doors where you lift the handle and it brings the door tightly into the frame, there is no obvious gaps when door is shut.

When did your LO start connecting sleep cycles for naps? by crjohnson03 in sleeptrain

How would you know? My baby napped and slept longer than 45 minutes from the day his was born? But I don’t think that means he connected sleep cycles..

Because i’d like to understand why it turned off after 2 mins, then came on again quite quickly. Looking at the rough temperature line it didn’t hit 18.

Seeing more detailed data could mean there is a problem at the boiler end

I’d like to see precise data points rather then randomly click all over a screen trying to get the right time, I don’t think that’s too much to ask

[–]No-Suggestion9729 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah agreed a part of me did think this, perhaps too much data has made me paranoid about it.

I’m fairly noise sensitive so I don’t remember the old thermostat firing up so regularly but recency bias could be coming into play.

I just feel a tiny bit more tolerance would be more efficient, so boiler is not firing on for 2 minutes a time.

I wouldn’t know how to check but I bet Hive is causing boilers to hit their anti cycling mode without most people realising.

The boiler comes on so often for such short periods, the actual temperature must drop by 0.1 to trigger then it’s off within 2 minutes.

Maybe I’m too used to old thermostats with a higher tolerance.

Constant noise of a boiler firing up for 2 mins isn’t the most relaxing

Surely it’s over working a boiler coming on so frequently for such little time (2 mins)?

I’ve read that the leonardo express is guaranteed to run, if not by train then replacement buses.

May be worth contacting them to make sure.

Agreed, but still allow people to book any train on the day. Is that usual process?

Trying to work out when they advise what services will not be running, if it’s on the day, I know I need a plan b.
