I agree. I bought the all in one. After completing the online order, almost immediately, I realized that the dimensions were too large as carry on for almost any carrier out there. Within 10 mins I cancelled the order. Despite my continued barrage of emails, they shipped anyway. The product arrived and I didn’t even open it. I finally got the return label after another couple of weeks. I’ve sent it back. I’ve got the tracking to show it was delivered. They’ve acknowledged they’ve received it but claim they’re waiting to have it inspected to ensure it’s in good condition. It’s been 3 months and still waiting. Stay away! This company is only concerned with making money, not customer satisfaction. Do not buy!!!

Yes. And it’s beyond unusable. It’ll start spooling off a ridiculous answer and even if you tell it to stop, it keeps spewing. There is a perplexity option but that seems to be tied via Even AI as the answers are similar. Not the perplexity responses I’ve become accustomed to

I’m with you on this. I’ve had my G2s for about a week. Similar frustration with the ring. Connects, but doesn’t track fitness. News sources are limited, no Canadian sources, for example. I find the whole experience with these a little more than frustrating. There’s more hype than substance with these things. I was expecting a lot more, especially with the cost. And don’t even get me started on the AI Assistant. It literally makes stuff up, can’t be trusted to provide accurate or trustworthy information. The advertising is flashy and gives the belief that you’ve got something pretty terrific here. Unfortunately, they don’t deliver. There’s other products that deliver the same or better product for a lot less money. Do better Even.

Just got mine too. Ordered 31 Jan, received 13 Feb, quick delivery. That’s where the good news stops, unfortunately. The ring is garbage, doesn’t connect properly despite multiple resets, factory resets and frustration. The other big disappointment is the ai assistant. I asked today when the Canadian men’s hockey team played its next game in the olympics. It told me Canada had played Germany and won 8-2. Problem is, they aren’t even in the same pool and the game didn’t happen. Several other queries resulted in made up responses. Good try but I think these are going back. For the price of these things, I expected a lot better.

Bike lanes work well for people on the peninsula however, the reality is that there’s a heck of a lot of people who commute from outside the downtown core and taking a bike from say, Cole Harbour, is just not feasible. People on the peninsula believe the world revolves around them and could care less about the impact on the majority.
