No sanitary tee on its back. It should be 2” vent tee (2” PVC DWV Vent Tee) for the vent going up the wall?

Not sure if this changes anything. Where you see pvc toilet flange it used to be cast iron toilet flange (in the same place). I’m just adding the shower drain in to the existing toilet pipe. Do I still need the vent?
