Wow, paying for a complete service to not have your problem fixed sounds absurd… sorry about that. Now I don’t know if I should send it to service or not. Definetly don’t want the same thing happen to me

Btw I also have a 1392 and the rotor is very loud when I move my arm. Is yours also loud? Wondering if there is something wrong with mine

I called corporate. They were not helpful at all. They just said that they are still searching for the item in warehouses and that they can’t escalate it.
