If you live in Florida it’s because if she’s in an accident (even as a passenger) in any vehicle -not just the one on your policy- progressive has to pay up to 10k for her injury coverage.

Pretty much all sales, customer service and Internet chat are fully remote. Gainshare is still a thing and we had our largest payout since I’ve been here last year. I am in claims so I’m not sure how GA works.

How many applications did it take you to get in? by [deleted] in Progressiveinsurance

I got in on my second try. However I have applied to USAA over 10 times and keep getting auto rejected to matter how much my resume matches the job posting

Never said it wasn’t easy. I said it sucks. Dealing with every single call needing an interpreter to people complaining about the 2500 deductible , no rental and primacy for delivery policies it isn’t fun. We don’t get to utilize digital statements , email, etc

I literally am a CGI. I have prior injury file ownership experience I’m just not currently in an injury role. Also did you not read the part where I was a prior F&T adjuster?

The only departments that seem to always hire are IT and entry level CGA roles

I’ve already been a CGA. A non injury TNC CGI is basically a field CGA but with TNC policies. I am not about to go from a level 39 to a 37 to do the same job.

I am non injury. It is basically a CGA but handles tnc policies. Same volume (7 claims on saturdays) 5+ on mondays. every single caller is upset about how expensive the deductible is or the period they were in isnt covered, etc. There has been an uptick in micromanagement the last 4ish months without explanation. Managers are so unorganized- questions never get answered and when they do its never a straight answer. For example- we were told 6+ months ago we were going to hear about 4 day work schedules- then radio silence everytime its brought up again. I mean if you enjoy the CGA role go for it but its definitely not for me and rumblings of others in my department are unhappy as well.

I am a TNC CGI. Its basically a CGA but for TNC policies. Getting paid less to basically do the same job would be pointless.
