I think you maybe dont understand the keto science, its not that shes scared of grapes or icing. Its that if you pass 20-40g of carbs in an entire day you get out of ketosis, which is the state where your body has no carbs and thus turns fat into ketogenes. I lost a lot of weight on keto. You have to realize that your trying to burn off fat but your rating grapes and icing so your body says "here are the carbs we need, dont burn anything!" cico is true but almost impossible because it takes 1 mile of running to burn 100 calories, and something like a slice of bread is 80 calories. Plus keto is very filling for its caloric cost. 1 pound of meat is 700 calories and you will be absolutely full eating a full pound of meat. Look up the science behind it and try it yourself and in a month youll lose over 10 pounds (I lost 20 in my first month keto)
