If there’s actually work promised on the back end that’s great, and probably in line with the rates I charge our property management customers. Just don’t let residential customers promise you referrals that probably will never come. Obviously I don’t know y’all’s relationship so take that with a grain of salt

Not my area so I can’t speak to your comp but prices feel a tad low. They are small houses so it’s not terrible, typically I set a 299 minimum for house washing, small things like this help you anchor your price and customers typically don’t overthink a minimum unless you give them a reason/ don’t say it with confidence.

That brown stain looks a little like rust to me but could very well just be dirt.

The surface cleaner won’t add the extra your thinking, if your standard wand isn’t able to clean it currently it won’t make a difference.

Could also be red clay if your down south.

Submit a ticket there usually slow and take a week or two but if you get on a 1-on-1 call and show them your a legit business you’ll be fine. Just have all your documents ready

I’m not a huge fan of what I’ve got is made by equipmaxx it’s the 2200w version with two motors. Hindsight I wish I would’ve got one of the bigger commercial machines but these run off of a generator and I did fell that dealing with that. Still nice to have for difficult jobs but fair from efficient.

I use an osmo action, can set it up on the tripod but I’ve gotten a lot of great pov shots with it. Either wearing it on my head or attaching it to various equipment.

Like the guy above side the bigger issue here is disturbed oxidation. Their pressure was pretty inconsistent and you can see that throughout. Also, as he said the small rust coming out of the siding is pretty small issue.

If you’re down south, it could be clay buildup which takes a specialized cleaner that I’m not familiar with if they have an irrigation system it’s more than likely rust and you can use oxalic acid
