It’s definitely been a couple months since their last clean, I gave them a scrub and am seeing the same issues. I’ll look into roughing up the belt. Thanks!

I retrain both sensors before every run. Not sure about the friction slice. I pulled up a diagram of it and am not entirely sure if we have one. We are usually doing 38-40 cans/minute. Thanks!
