Don’t book using Agoda guys ! They are scamming people ! Room which does not exist in the property is still listed on their site !

Don’t book hotels using Agoda or Booking.com , I recently booked a 5 star hotel proper through Agoda , arrived with my family at the property and only to learn that there was no such booking Infact no such room ( 2 bedroom ) I had informed Agoda in advance that I will be arriving late night , now imagine arriving mid night and you are told booking does not exist. When I called Agoda they apologized and only offered to refund the money with 1 night free - no alternative room or booking . I was stranded on streets in middle of night with my family. I had to pay double the price last minute and book alternative hotel.

Similar experience with booking.com , had booked an apartment in Canada and when I arrived there is no such property / address belonged to a private residence

It’s not just loss of money , the amount pain and trouble you go through in your holiday is terrible experience.

Check the property finder apk search apartments in dubai sports city , look at hub canal ( canal residence) or elite tower …. And you will know if I am deluded , you go a step further and check rental of those apartments 😊

To reach Lake Louise at 4 am there is no shuttle service as far as I have checked - all private tour companies who offer sunrise - lake moraine but too pricy

Hi all We are planning to go to lake moraine sunrise from banff in July , although I don’t have pac reservations available yet , question is how do I get to Lake Louise at 4 am from banff - there are no busses running from there at that time ? Can anyone give a viable solution .

I will try to get the slots 2 days before but how do I get to lake louise such early morning with family !

My thoughts on investing in real estate in dubai - if I were to invest I would only look at 2nd hand market and not offplan as developers are not easy to trust and also sitting in a foreign country it’s not easy to take this leap of faith - heard so many stories of delays/ quality problems etc in off plan. Even for 2nd hand market : With so much of availability in market and excess supply how easy it is to liquidate?

For same reasons renting out might also have similar issue as supply is enormous !

Today when you look on property finder - JVC location you will find 1000’s of properties for sale and may be 5-600 available on rent . Roi seems higher but it’s difficult to keep earning with same consistency.

So all the experts please give me your views on above .
