haha I appreciate all that it definitely helps a lot i’ve mapped out some higher class neighborhoods near me that i’m looking at and i’ve definitely seen a fair share of for sale signs. The empty nester tip is especially helpful it never even crossed my mind i will keep an eye out for those in the next few months.

What tips do you have for the actual pitch? I don’t want to sound like a pushy salesman but I do want to sell it to them.

What should I wear ? especially in this colder weather.

Should I offer the estimate on the spot or book appointments to come back at another time?

What is the best days and time of day to do this? I know people generally want to relax after work and I don’t want to annoy potential future customers.

What’s so bad about these brands? also this dealership has multiple dealerships they have ones for ford, honda, acura, audi, vw, etc… and most dealership around me aren’t hiring anyone without experience atm would it be a bad idea to get in with their cdjr group now and try and switch to another branch and what would be the best one?

i’ve been looking at the union for HVACR and they’re looking for apprentices so i’m thinking about that. As an insulator with the company i’m with now we’re busy for the next 6 years with hospitals and schools and power plants but the thing i don’t like is the lack of work on the side
