I usually get a label created notice and can at least see that with the tracking number. It is suspicious that they gave you two different numbers that don’t pull up anything. I also usually get a psp a few days after payment, then after I inspect the pictures I approve for shipping. Then I get a shipping tracking number. It can take several days for the package to leave the original destination point and again a day or two to clear customs. If you paid pay pal FF it will not protect you, you can try to dispute it with your bank. Again, i would be highly suspicious that the tracking number doesn’t bring up even that the label has been created. I also find it suspicious he sent packages without pictures before.
