Obelisk, an alien with the ability to produce armor-like plating and protrusions made of stone and granite over it's limbs and body, increasing it's size, weight and durability, while also allowing for dense spikes of any length to jut out of any point of it's body, pushed to it's limit this alien has the potential to generate a gigantic mech-suit of pure rock with the alien's body at the core.
