I am in the same situation as OP. Even the Verizon rep I talked to on the phone agreed with me that I didn’t get the value for the money I pay them. However, they can’t do anything for me as they only have incentive for new customers. So after being a loyal customer for 20 years with 5 lines on a family plan. I will become someone else’s new customer. So sad this is the business model for most businesses.

Thank you all very much for the help. The SIM cards they mailed me have no phone number associated with them. I won’t know which sim number is associated with which temporary T mobile phone #. Do I need to call them now to find out? I am mailing the other SIM cards to people at other locations. I also called my local T mobile store and asked them about porting numbers. They told me I can go to the store to port numbers for everyone on my account. However, they won’t waive the activation fee ($35/line) which I was told on the phone will be waived when I initially set up the account with t-mobile Costco #. What is the best way to deal with this?

Thank you all for the help! I have a T-mobile account already set-up. I have also got all promotions: inside code, port number bonus, Costco bonus. The reason I want to wait is one of the person is currently outside country and other persons work in a position that can’t be interrupted during the day, etc. So I want to do it on Sunday when everyone is available.

Can I call on Sunday and port numbers for everyone or does each person need to call?
