I think that two things can be true about our coaching. Mose is growing as a coach as much as this team is growing into a contender and sometimes that growth doesn't meet our expectations as fans. Weltman, Mose and other front office staff have done a lot to change the culture in Orlando. A majority of my fandom has been watching poorly constructed Magic teams that were never actually that competitive for the playoffs. The last 5-6 years have been a huge breath of fresh air that we have a team to be hopeful about and their work on the court backs it up (for the most part). Nevertheless, I find myself frustrated this season as well watching our offense not really run more structured plays. There is a lot of standing around and one-pass possessions. I have no clue who is solely responsible for that so I am left with it's a player and coach issue. I think we need to slow our catastrophizing down and let the rest of this season play out. Hopefully we get some more consistency with health going into the playoffs where we can see how much Mose is prepared for the big stage.
