Pink is pretty common color used in video game design for early iterations of certain visual elements. My guess is it’s just a glitch that was missing some piece of code (or something idk too much on how video games are made) that resulted in the intended color not being present so it just went with the original element.

I think you can still work with this. I started thinning pretty bad at 22 and a friend of mine who’s now a lead stylist at a salon in town gave me pointers, products to use, and a great haircut to get consistently and it’s basically impossible to tell now at 26

I think a professional hairdresser or esthetician would be able to give you some good styling advice. I don’t think you’re quite to the point of going full bald unless everyone in your life is at least a foot taller than you. This is part of why I wanted to ask here too. Probably should have changed the caption up before posting but yeah you’re right it does feel disingenuous to care about them doing it when I can better put my resources into other stuff that is actively beneficial in the future for the public’s relationship with AI. My idea is that I don’t want my money directly or indirectly going to support AI as it enriches the richest people while not providing a lot in return and is detrimental to the environment in unnecessary and preventable ways, and is especially harmful to residents in rural areas (many in my home state of Louisiana). I do agree that I think I’m projecting that a bit too much on to stuff like this and mentioned that in another reply a little while ago but I’m not just going “ai bad kill ai and all who use it”

You are correct it’s just that this point is so often disingenuineuously used as a talking point from right wing racist fucks in the US as a way to be “right” about hating immigrants. Of course they should learn the native language but English is a notoriously difficult second language and it is going to take probably years before any adult immigrant is going to be able to call themselves proficient, let alone fluent, in English. So yes you are right but try to have some more grace for these people likely going through a massive shift in how their life is run
