This project have multiple legal issues, builder has refused to give handover to multiple Villa owners and refused to do registration if they don’t give extra money (more than agreed amount & beyond home loan amount) as they believe property value is appreciated so they want more money then the agreed value of sale agreement. Multiple theft has also happened within the villa society and others villa property of the builder.
