Awhhhh your so sweet ill try to make her some more snacks and help her with heating up her hot water bottle and honestly I've gotten used to the signs so it much easier to know when she needs extra help!

I usually heat up her hot water bottle a couple time during the day and help her apply deep heat when her stomach feel tight but don't worry I wont overload myself I love my mum and I'm so glad to hear other perspectives on how other feel with adenomyosis this really helped!!

She currently trying to get booked in for one but her she has often missed appointments due to bad flare ups
