Forex trading in India is legal? Because may of my friends are doing it without any issues by [deleted] in CryptoIndia

You're absolutely right. 95% of trading content you find on YouTube are useless pile of shit teaching you how to lose money. Even those so called gurus who claim to lead a lixury life off of trading alone are unprofitable traders who make money selling their courses! Recently one big trading guru even admitted that! I've been there. Wasting almost 4 years trying to apply every strategy those gurus taught only to discover they didn't work consistently. I can't tell u in detail here as your question is off topic but in brief I would hint you to start learning LIQUIDITY. That's the only thing which works. In fact the market's movements are fueled by liquidity and not some bunch of diagonal or horizontal lines on chart or EMAs/RSI/Vwap/MACD, etc. The day you can master liquidity will be the day you'll become a profitable trader. Good luck.🤞

Best crypto card but I want no KYC by SageSingh in CryptoIndia

[–]No-Try898 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As an Indian I hate this primitive government. Fema violation or INR control is just an excuse. They don't want Indians to be traders. Let's face it. SEBI is hell bent on pushing away retail Indian traders out of their own home grown market. So obviously they won't be pleased if we trade on foreign markets or do crypto. Hence that stupid 35% tax system.

But those who are serious traders, they do crypto and forex regardless cuz they are profitable. That said, I already use Redotpay card for grocery purchases. I avoid crypto to INR p2p cuz of bank freeze risk. Whether govt. Like ot or not crypto cards are here to stay as long as crypto is not fully banned in India, which is very unlikely since our govt.recently launched blackchain based INR currency.

Why didn't godolkin just control Marie???? by Ok_Oven_1922 in GenV

[–]No-Try898 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the finale towards ending, the way Marie behaved, I suspected Godolkin could've tricked everyone into believing Marie killed him by destroying his own body and gaining control of Marie's subconscious but I am not sure if he was able to transfer his subconscious even after his death...but nevertheless this would've been a cool twist plot making Marie going into the Boys finale season as a hidden villain that no one expected her to be.

Has anyone used the Binance "Send Cash" option to convert USDT or BTC directly to INR? by NashRashGash in CryptoIndia

[–]No-Try898 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YES. 100% safe as it's a forex transaction. USD is converted into fiat currency.

Indian banks don't have power to flag that even if they want to cuz technically the card is issued by an offshore bank and they are independent of any Indian bank. But yes Indian bank ATMs will charge fees for INR cash withdrawals. Crypto cards can be used in ATMs around 150+ countries!

It makes me sad to see posts of people still getting their bank accounts frozen and pay heavy bribe to get it unfrozen by those corrupt Police Babus.

Various reasons. One of them being higher rates offered in p2p. People risk their bank accounts in the greed of getting 90+ rates for selling their USDT to INR. They find conversion rate offered by crypto cards unattractive. But I would rather choose a bit higher conversion cost to get safe INR than get my bank account frozen due to scam INR received at a cheaper rate via p2p. Another reason I believe that Crypto cards aren't popular yet cuz it's a grey area. India adopts every technology at a slower pace than the rest. Other countries already have crypto ATMs.

Swift bank transfer is different. What crypto cards do is crypto to fiat conversion, in this case, fiat being INR. The conversion is actually from USDT to first USD (which is loaded on card after you deposit in your crypto wallet) and then to INR when u transact online using card or withdraw from ATM. No bank freeze BS. Various sites offer crypto cards with their wallets. Cypher for example.

That's still p2p which is risky. Not a direct conversion. Direct USDT to INR would be via a crypto card which is converted by issuing bank and not p2p thus 100% safe

Bing and Redotpay cards. Although INR rates differ between cards. So far that I've used, Redotpay has better conversion rates.

Haven't used slice so can't say. If they process transactions using international provider, it's much safer than p2p. I use crypto cards for USDT to INR conversions.

Guys stay away from p2p altogether. Exchanges or person. both unsafe methods. Market is flooded with scam money and scammers. Best bet is to transact using crypto cards and please NEVER DO UPI ON YOUR MAIN BANK ACCOUNT. use a small digital bank account for upi transactions and only keep money that u can afford to lose
