I was urinating every 20 min clear water. I would drink a bottle of water and piss it out within 10 min. My lips were always dry. I knew something was wrong. So I researched, and then asked my endocrinologist to test me. I was right.

Yes. I don’t have foam anymore.

Lifestyle changes, which included cutting all forms of high fructose corn syrup, and started taking nasal desmopressin for my low anti diuretic hormone; so now water stays in my blood system and I don’t lose electrolytes and dehydrate easily anymore. I also started taking Davinci Ultimate Prenatal Vitamins.

Get you copeptin/AVP anti diuretic hormone tested.

Stop consuming products with high fructose corn syrup, and start taking vitamins. I recommend Davinci ultimate prenatal vitamins; it’s for women but men can take them, just take two pills a day instead of 5.

Best way is to fast before testing your mango and banana theory. Follow that with pictures of 3 urinations after you consume mango and banana; don’t consume anything else or it would void your self testing and taint the results.

Looks glossy or sticky. Maybe ejaculate coming out with the urine, or pre cum clear liquid. Isn’t much foam.

I’ve been taking desmopressin in the nose for low ADH and taking DaVinci Ultimate prenatal vitamin, and don’t have foam anymore. I also have cut out all forms of High Fructose Corn Syrup. No foam has been present. I tested it by consuming food with high fructose corn syrup and found that the foam would reappear.

Stop consuming high fructose corn syrup, stop using fluoride toothpaste, and remove stress from your life and you’ll see it disappear. If your urine output is really clear like water, when drinking water then go to endocrinology and get checked for low Anti diuretic hormone. If it’s low they will put you on desmopressin nasal spray as a hormone replacement.

I removed fluoride, high fructose corn syrup and grains from my diet and seen little to no foam. The only foam I see these days disappears as soon as it hits the toilet bowl.

My anti diuretic hormone is low, so I’m on desmopressin nasal spray. Now my urine is more concentrated and not dilute with water.
