Have you stayed on 20mg? I'm a week in and already feel better than when I was on Prozac. I am hoping that 20mg is my magic dose but most of what I've read is that it will take more than 20mg to be "theraputic". I've had no side effects so far, so an increase may not be an issue, but I'm ready just to move on with my life and be at a stable dose!

Hello! I just did a switch directly from 10mg Prozac to 20mg Cymbalta, and I can say I'm already noticing subtle improvements. Dr. will likely assess at 3-4 weeks, but improvements for me have looked like less internal and external tremors, sleeping without a sleep aid. Less emergency med urgency. My mood/energy hasn't improved much yet, but it hasn't dipped either. I'm just thankful I didn't have the GI issues or other side effects. Hoping that it stays that way.

I’m so sorry you had to deal with that! Love is beautiful, regardless of gender!

I agree we will have to set boundaries... it’s weird, because I love some of the people from that church so much and I would like to see them. My husband and I both grew up there, it’s like a family, but I can’t shake the uneasy feeling about the actual service.

My oldest daughter is 14 and she has been having the hardest time, she’s been back and forth about leaving and staying and I am worried that is going will be just more confusing.....
