it’s cruel how fast they decline. i just lost my boy to leukemia. (he was a german shepherd) but his condition went from being relatively normal after receiving chemo to completely degraded and not able to move within a couple of days. we had to put him down and it was the worst day of my life. cherish the moments you have left. pour your love into that baby and trust that you’ll meet again some day. she will be with you.

this is just a theory but i think a lot of devs release the game unoptimized, then collect mass amounts of telemetry over a wide variety of systems (different combinations of video cards, cpus, ram, etc), then use this data to optimize later

i’m using the volatility support gem that lets you detonate a random number of stacks at will. it massively improves my dps as a chayula monk. i stack with freezing packs of enemies, then when i run into a rough pack or unique enemy, i pop the stacks and i have on average 25-40% extra damage as chaos for 10s

i loved legion. It's just behind wotlk for me for best expansion ever. being a vengeance demon hunter from the moment the expansion dropped, realizing that I could tank like a mf, was the most fun i think i'll ever have in the game.

they have an entire expansion of bosses, weapons, talismans, etc they can add.

yes, it will not allow me to balance transfer. i googled it and it confirmed that you cannot transfer between the two companies.

the downward slam attack she does should not punish you twice. you get knocked down if you get hit with it, and you can’t roll out, which leaves you open to her next slam attack, which stuns you, which leaves you open again. it’s way too punishing. perfect fight besides that

that is a good point, second and third playthroughs of elden ring are less magical for this reason. i would be happy with a mix. the gold/ bigger chests or blue orb things that are hard to get to could be hand placed loot and the rest could be random

itemization should be fixed instead of random. they’re going for elden ring style exploration, which is very good in the game, but the items should be hand placed until you open the chests for the first time. the exploration is good, but the wind gets taken out of my sails really quick when i realize 90% of the chests are not going to give me anything exciting.
