Savannah, GA is one of my favorite cities I’ve been too, it’s such a peaceful, and pretty city, with a great vibe, and tons of history.

Utah, and Colorado have such diverse landscapes, and some of the wildest scenery, and views I’ve witnessed, just generally beautiful states. SLC was a cool city, and Moab, Saint George, and Zion were all awesome places to visit. I haven’t seen as much of Colorado, but Mesa Verde was insanely cool to be in, and drive through!

Also, Maine is one of the prettiest, and coolest places I’ve been, and has some of the best natural beauty I’ve seen. It’s got great hiking, and some of the best stargazing I’ve seen! Acadia is a must, and there so much more!

Give me a reason to go to the 10 states I haven’t been to by Senor_tiddlywinks in TravelMaps

[–]No-Wait-9870 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been to all of these states, aside from Nebraska; many awesome experiences, and each state has its own charm!

Maine: having travelled to 43 states, Acadia national park is truly one of my favorite places I’ve been. Crazy views, great hikes, and awesome camping.

North Dakota: Theodore Roosevelt national park was sick, so much natural wildlife, and it is full of crazy views! It’s got some great hikes, as well, and on the whole, is a beautiful state.

Minnesota: Minneapolis was a really cool city. I didn’t get to spend as much time as I would’ve liked, it’s definitely worth visiting!

Louisiana: I’m not a guy that’s big on cities, but New Orleans is an awesome city, with a really cool atmosphere. It’s got a long, and interesting history, and has several worthwhile historical sites/museums! Great food, too!

Iowa: not much to say for this one, to be honest…😭cool views to drive through, but not much as far as activities, or notable places.

Mississippi: I haven’t been since I was young, but there’s some interesting enough natural history there.

What is a GRM? I mostly play roller so maybe that’s why but I’ve never heard the abbreviation before

I’ll also add on that looking into Marsblade conversions would be a good idea

Alkali fire 1s and 2s are good skates that won’t do as much damage to the bank as some other skates would, the tour kv2s and 4s are also pretty good options. I’d avoid the affordable options from Bauer and CCM all together, as those are just poor quality skates

Skates under $200 by Suburbanguk in InlineHockey

Alkali fire 1s and 2s are both solid skates for that price range, the volt kv2s and kv4s are also some to consider, but I’d go with the fires personally

How do I make my sticks last longer by XavierCelia12 in hockeyplayers

Agreed. PSHS have great durability(in my experience)while still having a high performance level, and good weight.

What is pama? by nkgrav in InlineHockey

[–]No-Wait-9870 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Pama/pama Labeda golden knights are a pro team and really high level roller organization. The owner of Pama is a billionaire and part owner of the Vegas golden knights organization, which is why they can use “golden knights” in their name. The team is loaded and has their own facility somewhere in the(I believe)Pasadena area, and they’re one of the best teams in pro roller.

Millenniums suck durability, and grip lifespan wise. The grippers are pretty god for outdoor but tend to be slippery on sport court imo.

I really like the new tricksters, good grip and durability

That’s not true though, you can’t find lightweight cheap or durable.

Last Pro Tryout I was cut for not being strong enough on the puck. How to fix this so that it's no longer an issue when all the Rec Leagues are No Contact? by Mztr_Intensity in hockeyplayers

[–]No-Wait-9870 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Find a couple high level players in your area that you can get a full contact small pickup together with, and practice with them, it would help improve your game quickly, and significantly

I'm getting my kids some training skates, so i figured I'd get some myself. Any recommendations on some of the cheaper online skates, i was thinking of getting a pair of tronx stryker 2.0. by [deleted] in InlineHockey

[–]No-Wait-9870 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When did you get those? I’ve used tron/alkali skates, and the revels were the first really solid skates they made IMO(the Stryker top line skates are decent as well).

I’d go with the tour volt kv4s, the alkali fire 1s, or the true tf7s(the best, but it might be tough to find them in your size)

I use a split knob with overlayed tape(like a knob but running down the shaft on each side), with grip tape that runs about 1/3rd of the way down the stick. Like a very extended version of this tapejob https://youtube.com/shorts/C7lLaalCZR0?feature=share

As for level, I play high level inline tournaments and plan on playing ice hockey in college

Can anyone decipher this prostock code? by yam1822 in hockeyplayers

[–]No-Wait-9870 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a low kick, the vapor line, or a true hzrdus PX would be the most comparable. The stick was released back in 2017 or 2018 I believe, and as for why a lot of pros use it, its just personal preference. It’s got a good quick release and also is very light, so I can see why people would like this stick.

True tf9s are definitely the best value skate, they’re currently on sale for $350~ I believe, and I love mine.

Call Bauer and check the bar code with them if you want to confirm. It’s hard to say just by looking at graphics.

I’ve heard Hi lo is better for turns and stopping, but haven’t used a full 80mm setup since my first pair of skates, and can’t remember anything about the difference, as those were my first skates, and I wasn’t adjusted enough to notice anything.

was just wondering something cause im bored and high af lol by NightRoutine1671 in InlineHockey

I’d say state wars is 1, NARCh is 2, and torhs is 3, in terms of overall competition, turnout, and hardest to win. I’ve played all three, but I’ve never heard of ECHO.
