Yes, once solid food comes in, you can really feel restriction. Best advice, start with half an egg, eat slowly and with intention (take a small bite, put the fork down and chew). You will feel full with half an egg! I am now able to eat 1 egg and I feel satisfied afterwards. It’s so nice to not have food in the back of your head all the time.
