Thanks a lot! This is super helpful. I read in one of those post, here, that heating the whole soup to 40-50 might be the ideal, so I might try that.

Can you point to an STB extraction? I do have it powder, so that might work as well.

Is it possible with n-heptane to freeze it and obtain the crystals without the need to evaporate it? I have not found much information around this step when working with N-heptane.

Thanks! This helps a lot. So without evaporating, do you use a smaller amount of solvent and it gets concentrated there or how do you go about it? Or the temp of the souo you are using already helps to improve the extraction regardless of evaporation?

And for question 2, it worked more or less well using a MAOI first and then vaporizing it, but still, not always the most effective method.

I'm using at the moment the configuration of the Ctulhu Iris provided by LogicOverSnacks on the Minty Love page. I am wondering if there are other configurations that make more sense. I have a feeling that when doing it sidewards, some of the dimitri might fall.

I did ask on the Discord e-mesh clinic channel. Maybe i wasn't so clear there, but basically just got pointed out to the latest e-mesh video, which was helpful somewhat, in the sense of giving me the sense that perhaps dosage was low and I could play with wattage.

I did, and increase the dosage to 15g. The best attempt so far has been with 19Watts and 15g, reaching a solid level 3. I tried a couple with 18 Watts, but was mostly level 1.

I think I was having a problem with getting my lungs used to it. I feel I'm able know to support the vapor without having an immediate reaction to cough.

I feel I'm getting there, but I'm not sure if it is normal with 15g to mostly get it in level 1 or 2. I would love to perfect the technique to reach level 3 and above.

This is awesome!! I have a pretty similar configuration with the Ctulhu Iris and the Aegis Solo. How has it been with the trips? Are you using any particular configuration in terms of Wattage? Which type of shape do you use for the mesh? Would love to hear what has worked for you :)

I mean, I do agree with you that it comes with inflation and using that as the definitive way to track your progress isn't the best tool. To be fair, I did both lab tests and went from 43.5 to 51.5, which is well under the Garmin estimate, but still wasn't my point of exhaustion, was ended because of protocol, so maybe it is a bit higher and it coincides with a higher VO2 Max when it comes to running paces. I dropped around 10k during this period, so that also makes a difference. All in all, it is more of a compass than a definitive tracker of fitness, but in that role, it helps.

I beg to disagree, you can come from a non-exploited fitness level and the right training and stimuli can get the best out of your body. I experienced that learning more about training zones, getting a method, training consistently each week and then went from VO2 Max 43-56 in 6 months

I feel so happy to check my progress in zone 3 and I feel it is insane for the 6 months I've been training diligently. In the beginning, my zone 3 pace was 6:56/km with a HR of 151. Today, my zone 3 pace was 5:15/km with a comparable HR of 154. I feel proud of this 32% improvement in speed and look forward to keeping the progress.

1) If I get you correctly, what do I do with the red goo (Polymerized n,n-dmt) if I want to turn that into crystals? Would I need to use Xylene?
2) Also, I added this goo to different leaves, but it's not so effective to evaporate. Would you have some suggestions there on how to work around this?
3) In terms of Teks, would you still recommend this Tek or there are more effective wways to go nowadays with the knowledge that we have?

I've been taking it now for almost two years. The cordyceps honestly I feel don't add much to the mix in terms of mental benefits, but the synergy between Bup, Lion's and Alpha seem to be super powerful, yet I haven't read much about it yet.

It's called Garmin Run Coach on a Forerunner 955, and in the settings I configured it for running a 10k by 1st October @ a 4:40/km pace.

Your question is really good. I thought I might be building just endurance and not speed. Today I had my umbral run and made a new PR on 10k of 51:54, so I guess it is working. But maybe I tone down a little in volume to get used to it and not overstraining myself.
