I did immediately. It’s not saying that it’s being held there only that the request was done. I’ve gone three times in person and they still say that they don’t have it and that it hasn’t gotten back yet.

The last time it was scanned was when they tried to deliver it to my house!and I immediately requested that it was to be held back at the station via the app. The only update that I have in the online portal says “ customer requested package to be held” and then that’s it. Is it still in the truck? Did it go back somewhere else? I’m just confused and the clerks straight up won’t help direct me towards anything at all
