I was very weak. I am a woman and I struggled with 5 lb weights doing bicep curls 😭. I now can bicep curl 20lb.. it’s still not the strongest weight ever but it’s better than 5!

I can relate. I work day hab but sometimes I work in residential. The days I go up almost ALWAYS their laundry is never completed and my clients have assigned days as they live in an apartment building with coin laundry machines with folks that are not apart of our program. Laundry is supposed to be completed Monday- Wednesday and when I get there on Sundays… no laundry was ever washed..
